Scope of Work:
This complex consists of eight buildings with 188 units. One building was built on a post tension slab with parking below. There was 11 detached garage buildings, which included 66 parking spaces and 22 apartments above, a recreation building with pool and spa, a day center, a dumpster enclosure and a mail kiosk.
