                                                                    Mathei Place is a project built by the Kulshan Community                                                 Land Trust (KulshanCLT). The entire project was "built green" including                        everything from the re-use of salvaged materials, to a Pervious Concrete parking area poured by Moncrieff. This ensures a low-impact development on the enviroment and surrounding area.  There are 14 housing units in all including 6 single family detached and 8 zero lot line homes.
